"LANDSCAPE - stuff for the garden" is the trading name of A & K Landscape Retail Ltd, VAT Registration No. 809 9607 90.

Unless specified otherwise, prices shown include VAT at 17.5%.All goods/items remain the property of A & K Landscape Retail Ltd until the final balance due is paid in full.

A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% is required to place any order. Orders will not be processed strictly until we are in receipt of this payment.

60 Days after notification of availability of goods the customer will become liable for the outstanding balance, whether or not they have taken delivery of their goods.
It is the policy of A & K Landscape Retail Ltd to pursue unpaid debts through the Small Claims Court.
